Speaking Engagements

Stephen speaks a lot about our farm through out the year. Last Friday, he was a panelist at the Oakley Food Producers Workshop put on by the Kansas State Research and extension agents in Western Kansas. He spoke about being the largest lamb producer in Kansas, how we are hoping to jump from selling our lamb from just a commercial enterprise to a more direct to market approach, the work of his infinity pasture, and the start of our wool pellet project. This was the first time I got to hear him speak and I was overjoyed with how confident and proud of out farm he is.
