Farm Tours at Simon Sheep Farms

Come experience a working sheep farm on the High Plains. Whether you’re a curious visitor, a family looking to connect with where your food comes from, or someone seriously interested in regenerative agriculture, our farm tours offer an inside look at how we do things—thoughtfully, sustainably, and hands-on. Farm tours start at $20 and price varies based on group size and time.

What You'll See

Our guided tours typically last 60–90 minutes and include:

  • The Infinity Pasture
Our year-round hydroponic barley sprouting system. See how we grow fresh green feed for our sheep every day—no matter the weather.

  • Lambing Barns
Depending on the season, you may see newborn lambs and learn about our lambing process, animal care, and how we keep moms and babies healthy.

  • Feeding Pens & Pastures
Walk through the feeding systems we use, including how we transition and feed lambs and ewes between pasture and fodder, plus insight into our feeding system.

  • Future Plans for Sustainability
We’ve come a long way, but we have far to go. In the future we want to be completely energy independent and with as few inputs as possible.

  • Certified Barley Seed & Sustainable Farming Practices
Learn about our hydroponic seed, our transition to organic systems, and how we’re combining old-school animal husbandry with forward-thinking solutions.

We’ll answer your questions, walk you through real daily operations, and show you what farm-to-table looks like from the ground up.
