Our New Venture

Last week we finally got our new trailer so now we have 30 butchered lambs on hand. They are all USDA certified and available for purchase. We would prefer to sell half or whole lambs but if we like you we will sell by the cut. :) We have ground lamb burger, loin/rib chops, leg roasts both bone in and out, shoulder roasts, steaks, shanks, stew meat, and ribs.
