Kansas Sheep Association
This past weekend, Stephen and I attended the annual Kansas Sheep Association meeting, this year it was held in Hutchinson, Kansas. It was a first for me and I learned a lot and met a lot of people. There were about 50 people there over the two days and some have thousands of sheep and some only a few. I learned some new recipes for lamb, learned about the AI process for show sheep, and about wool and wool pellets, all of this with for the future of our business. We also toured a seed factory (saw familiar equipment) and toured a farm that had a flock of show sheep. Over all, a very enjoyable experience with good food (lamb of course) and good company.
