Last week we hosted a tour from the Kansas Sheep Association. We hadn’t hosted one in nine years and A LOT has changed since then! On top of seeing our growing sheep population, everyone got to tour our infinity pasture where Stephen grows barley sprouts for the sheep to eat daily, and see our new adventure- turning wool into wool pellets. We also got to eat a fabulous lamb chop meal at Verdant Bistro in Hays, Kansas. Then we attended meetings from K-State and other producers around the USA about the sheep industry. We met many people that raise sheep in Kansas and we loved their questions about our operations. Until next year!
