Greek Pizza fans

Center Pivot is a restaurant and brewery we have fond memories with. They started in our town, Quinter, Kansas, years ago. It was a great place for pizza and freshly original brewed beer. Stephen and I have been friends with the owners, Steve and Ericka Nicholson, for years and we have always supported them. We have many memories with our kids watching Chiefs games there, visiting with them about life, and being guinea pigs to try new recipes which we always enjoyed! This was our local hang out to take friends and family to. A few years ago, they bought some of our lamb and made Greek pizza with it. I LOVED it! Now, years later, things have changed. They have recently moved to Colby, Kansas and opened up their restaurant and brewery there. We were so happy when they told us they would like to put the Greek pizza on their menu again for the month of September for Colby to try. Colby, if you are bored with the usual flavors of western Kansas, I cannot recommend more this pizza and please know we appreciate you supporting your local restaurant and our local farm.
